I was excited to find the Wordpress app finally in the app store for my new iPhone. While it’s not the easiest way to enter new blog entries, it does a very nice job of what it does. Blogging on the go, when you’ve got something that you want to blog about and time is available but a computer isn’t then this makes one heck of an app.

Last night we went out to Score Bar in Columbus. There we were treated to prizes and free rum drinks from our Pride group at work, and Mount Gay Rum. I have to say I’m not a rum drinker, Vodka drinks or Guinness are my first choices when it comes to beverages of an alcoholic nature. That said, I did enjoy my free Mount Gay rum drink mixed with orange and cranberry juices … it was tasty! Had a great time with friends we don’t get to see enough of, and haven’t seen in ages. And I won at Wii bowling - woo hoo!

It must be obvious to even the dim wits of the Republican Party that Mr. Rove hates our Constitutional Form of Government, his actions speak for him with every anti-American action he takes. Whether he’s contemptuous of Congress, or Outing a covert CIA operative for political ends, it’s time that Congress asserts it’s Constitutionally granted powers, and compel Mr. Rove to testify. In order to do that, they will need to find a backbone and arrest him, throw him in the basement jail, and let him stew in the heat of summer until he recognizes that he is not above the laws of the land, even if his best friend is the President of the United States.

On average, poll after poll, more Americans when surveyed, support allowing same sex couples full marriage rights, more than they support the policies/politics of George W. Bush, by a not insignificant margin of roughly 10 percent.

My HOMO SEX IS IN t-shirt was a smashing success at the gay pride parade today - yeah me ;)  I almost didn’t wear it - wasn’t feeling all that up to standing out in the crowd - but decided last minute to go ahead and wear the thing - and I’m glad I did - it brought many smiles to the faces of a lot of good folks.  The rain held off, and the cloud cover kept the heat down - all in all it was a nice day - we didn’t hang around long after the parade was over though - we were both hungry and decided to go out to eat and rest our tired feet.
