Praise the Lord

We watched “The Eyes of Tammy Faye” last night, it was a present I got for Charlie for Christmas… rather interesting having grown up with the P.T.L. club and having met Tammy at the Red Party two years ago. Didn’t realize that Jim Bakker had also started the 700 Club and TBN. Tammy is a beautiful spirit and certainly a Diva worthy of a closer look. Tammy has a large gay following due in large part to her unassuming attitude of accepting people for who they are, not what they are. She wears her heart on her sleeve and you can’t help but come away from this movie with a feeling that she’s a trooper that’s had to endure more than her fair share of heartache, back stabbing, and outright lies against her and her family, by people that are more interested in their personal wealth and power than any spiritual or godly endeavors they may profess to be called to.The movie also re-affirmed my personal belief that Jerry Falwell is the Anti-Christ :) Here’s some info on the subject.
