New iPod

Ooooo I want one the new iPod’s … and just might finally decide to get one Friday at the Apple Store’s Event Night … I’m thinking about the 15GB model … I’ve got something like 8.5GB of MP3’s from our CD’s I’ve ripped, and I haven’t ripped even half of the CD’s we own. Which leads me to think that 15GB isn’t enough, but, on the other hand, if I get the 15GB now, and it lasts me a few years, then I’ll upgrade to whatever the new model is then, and “hand it down” to Charlie, since he doesn’t seem to have any interest in them now. I’ll consider it my late birthday present to myself. Unlike buying a pair of new shoes or Calvin Klein Boxer Briefs, a guy’s got to justify these kinds of things you know.

Month end, and I finally finished my Local taxes last night and got them mailed this morning just in time for the April 30 deadline, after having to back track because I forgot and passed by the Post Office on the way to work… doh!

Heading to Oz next week to visit the Wizard … actually to Redmond to visit Microsoft… but putting it that way amused me … hope it’s a good time and the air travel isn’t nearly as bad as I’m expecting it to be.

I think I end a lot of my sentences with prepositions. That’s supposed to be bad, isn’t it?
