Jingle Bell Run

Today was a beautiful day for a run, and I had a great first mile .. 8:35, it went downhill from there, and I finished around the same times I’ve been doing in the previous 5K races I’ve run - a little more than 29 minutes. My goal for next year’s races is 25 minutes.

Jingle Bell Run 2004 - Columbus, OH

Saw Scott & Casey, and Jason there, and Charlie made it with cameras in hand, with only moments to spare before the starting gun sounded. Thanks again honey for supporting me - and capturing the times of my life in pixel form ;)

My message is the practice of compassion, love and kindness. Compassion can be put into practice if one recognizes the fact that every human being is a member of humanity and the human family regardless of differences in religion, culture, color and creed. Deep down there is no difference. — Tenzin Gyatso
