ABC Recreates 9/11 History

Wow! I’m thoroughly and utterly disgusted at ABC’s ficticious retelling of the history of 9/11 - the towers are still standing after being hit by the two planes, and Bush is on TV announcing the tragedy, and seeking a moment of silence … what? No “My Pet Goat” … no 7 minutes of sitting there in the classroom looking like a deer caught in the headlights? No hopping on Air Force One and heading for Colorado? Nope, not in the fantasy land that ABC lives in. United 93 is still in the air, and Bush is on TV addressing the nation about the attacks… fuck ABC.Want to know why Dubya is so disliked by many Americans? Those 7 minutes, where he did absolutely nothing, while our country was under attack have a lot to do with it. That moment solidifies what many of us feared from the moment George took his oath of office, that our country was not in good hands under this man’s leadership. And that things could and did get much worse under his watch. He failed us, his administration failed the country, and no one, not one single administration official was held to account for the enormous failure to protect the country.
