Election 2006

I’m volunteering at the polls this election … going to be a long day … but hopefully a good experience, that improves my outlook on the viability of our fragile democracy.The Republican’s are cutting and running from Ohio.The Religious right may be having their “coming to Jesus” moment as they realize that the Republican party isn’t the party God put in charge of the nation, but rather just other human beings in search of power, who found an exploitable demographic in the evangelical community.And now a word from our sponsors … not really … but here are some great commercials we’ve seen here in Ohio this Election cycle.
