Older, and wiser still

Turned 42 this past weekend, had lunch at Gordon Biersch with Charlie and some friends before watching some of the Ohio Junior Jackets vs. Waterloo Black Hawks hockey game at Nationwide Arena.

Later that night we went to the BlueJackets / Red Wings game and watched them lose - sat in front of some jackass Red Wing fan too that kept trash talking the entire game.

Received lots of well wishes from friends and family too. Then enjoyed a nice Easter dinner with Charlie’s family, and had my birthday cake - which Charlie made, and insisted on putting 42 candles on - the jerk ;) The cake was delicious - it was a cinnamon swirl cake with white homemade frosting - it was yummy! I think the only picture of it was one that Charlie took with his cell phone after all the candles were lit, and it came out looking like a ball of fire.  So instead here’s a picture of the leftovers hehe ;)
