Ran the Race for Hope this morning, the race is a fundraiser for cancer research and is a memorial race for a woman that died two years ago from cancer. I just found out a couple weeks ago that a guy at work has cancer, and it doesn’t sound like he’s doing too well. [...]

I DID IT!
Yesterday morning I ran my first 5K. Pictures and a mini movie will be posted sometime tonight or tomorrow.
The experience was great, the day was beautiful, and the course was very nice, and I peformed better than I had hoped for. I must have been keeping pace with faster runners.
